I want to connect this device to the hotspot of my mobile and then connect the amplifier to this device via LAN cable. Is this possible?

You can configure the device so that it connects to an available WiFi and thus integrates all participants that are connected to it into the network. The term amplifier can mean many things. (WiFi signal amplifier, audio amplifier, etc) I assume it means a device that can play audio over the network. If I am correct, then this should work.
