I use e-banking with Raiffeisen. Does Payeye work for all banks, including Raiffeisen!

The biggest mistake in my recent history. What annoys me the most is that I spent too long fiddling around with the device, because as a 50+ DAU, you look for the fault in yourself first. The feedback here is clear: Hands off and save money!

I also only had problems with this thing. Out of 50 times I scanned the same payment slip, it was only recognised 2 times. The support team said when they were remotely on my device that it must be the PayEye that was reading the data so poorly. I then sent the device back for replacement as instructed. The device was immediately sent back to me, with the comment that no error was found. I checked the unit again and it still did not work. I sent it back again, with the result that this was returned to me again. I then refused to accept it in the post. I then had to pay CHF 40.-- for unauthorised use and because a box was missing. But now, after 3 months, another reminder arrived for the PayEye, which I returned. In addition to the bad equipment, the arrogant manner of the CREALOGIX staff is annoying.

I only had problems and trouble with the device. The lines were not read in cleanly and even the support could not help me.

I also only had problems until an update was available and since then it works.

And so that you get another answer to your question:
YES, it works. I have just logged into the Raiffeisenbank login, selected the document reader and read in the code of two QR invoices. Both were correctly accepted as payments the first time. In the Payeye menu you can even explicitly select "Raiffeisen E-Banking" as the connection/interface.
