Question about Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM (C), Nikon F

I recently purchased the Sigma 150-600mm C for my Nikon D750. Unfortunately, I noticed that a bright half ring is clearly visible in the photo on the right half of the image. The problem does not exist when using other lenses. Does anyone have any advice for me or could it be a fault with the product?

I use several Sigma lenses, including this one on my D750, without any problems. It is important that the lens hood is always on because of optical reflections. If this is not the cause of the problem, I would send the lens in for warranty repair.
The general importer Ott+Wyss AG (https://www.owy.ch/support) may also be able to help; you can fill in the support form online and enclose a test photo.

I have used the same lens with the same camera for about 2 years - without ever having a problem. Now my son uses the lens with a Nikon D7100.
I do not know the problem. If it is not dirt or a scratch on the front or rear lens, it is probably a material defect of the lens ... I would have this checked at a specialist shop or (if this possibility exists) connect it to another camera and test it.
