Question about HP OMEN by Outpost
I received the mousepad today. Unfortunately, the exterior lighting does not work, only the logo lights up. Does anyone have a tip? Thanks a lot

Yes, and I don't think you should connect it to an adapter, otherwise the wireless charging won't work either, at least that's how it was for me...
That was also the case for me when I connected it to the "normal" USB. Try it with the USB-C. It worked for me afterwards. LG Michael
