I received the keyboard in the CH layout and am happy with it. However, I can't get the "AltGr" key to operate to the right of the space key. Does anyone have any advice?

Helpful answer

Found it: Use the switch between Alt and Ctrl specified in the manual for this key (key combination fn1+K+R; hold low for 4 seconds). In combination with the CH keyboard in Windows, this leads to the correct function of AltGr on this key :-)
