Question about Ubiquiti U6-Mesh-Pro Wireless Access Point

I read in the PoE description, "Proprietary 48V, Not compatible with 802.3 standards". Does this mean that this UniFi U6 Mesh Pro is (not) compatible with the UniFi AP-AC Pro (which use the 802.3 standard) ? So the U6 Mesh cannot be used with AP-AC and the Dream Machine (UDM-Pro)? Or does this mean something else? (Thanks in advance for a clarifying answer)

Thanks for the answers - But the answers are not 100% clear to me. ...own "injector"(?) ...24V/48V(?). Do these answers mean that the U6 Mesh should not be operated via PoE network plug (e.g. via Unifi Switch US8 PoE 150W), but with its own 230V/PoE adapter ? and that it is not compatible with the other AP's and therefore cannot be integrated into the network if it is operated without 230V/PoE adapter ????
(Sorry for the terminological clumsiness)
Thanks for your help

The question has already been answered, but my feedback anyway. A separate injector is absolutely necessary.

Good day
According to me this concerns the PoE voltage of 48V, normal is actually 24V according to me.
When operating via the supplied power supply unit, however, it doesn't really matter, just don't feed it via the network.

Hi,
I usually use them with a PoE switch that supports all standards.
In this case, I used it standalone, i.e. with the corresponding PoE injector
