I read in the descriptions and reviews that the device can be operated via RJ45 (PoE). I received the device and can't get it to work wherever I plug it into my network. Is it faulty or do I need to configure the network for PoE? Unfortunately, I don't know much about this. If necessary, where can I get a power supply?

Hi Pajazzo
In order for your camera to be supplied with power (POE), your LAN switch must be POE-capable. This does not seem to be the case for you. So you need to buy a switch that is POE-capable, then your camera will work perfectly. A top camera, by the way. I am very satisfied.

Sometimes you have to activate PoE for the port on the switch. Which switch are you using? In my case, the camera runs on the switch with PoE without any problems. Otherwise, buy a PoE injector (see accessories).
