I read in a customer review that the Panasonic SC-PMX94 system can only be operated with the 3 Ohm speakers supplied. Is this information correct? Can this system not be operated with standard 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm speakers?

I have connected much larger and high-quality speakers from Sony. Works perfectly with very good sound for the price range of the Panasonic!
