I have these headphones and I have never noticed any delay. I also watch a lot of videos on the tablet with the headphones. They are in sync for me.

I have asked the question for several headphones, including Sony WH-H900N, Sony MDR-XB950N1, Sony WH-CH700N, Studio3 Wireless. These all seem to be eligible - now I have to decide on one of them.
