I need new charging cable to this controller (is not UBS-C, not UBS mini, has a special notch. Does anyone know where I can find it?

It is really strange that USB-C does not work with your controller. PowerA itself states that it installs USB-C sockets. The best thing to do is to contact our customer service, together with a photo of the connection, so that your concern can be checked and dealt with individually: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc...
