I need an external boot volume for my MacBook Pro from 2019 (1.4 GHz quad-core Intel Core i5, only 120 GB internal memory). Would this WD Black SN770 or the Samsung 990 Pro be suitable instead of external SSDs? Advantages/disadvantages? Which enclosure accessories would be recommended? Does anyone have any experience? Thanks for the information!

2019 is 5 years here, you have to pay attention to the hardware compatibilities. The product is very fast but fits in Mac with PCI-Gen?
