I have this printer. When I print something in colour, there is always a blue line on one line. Does anyone know this problem?

I have never had any problems with the printer since I bought it. But importantly, there may be some residue on the print cartridge, so clean it with a piece of paper, or if you have scanned, clean the feeder. It has happened to me that I have signed something with blue ink, and then the residue caused the lines when scanning and then printing.
