I have the problem that I can no longer connect it to the USB stick. What can I do? I tried a reset, uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, but it doesn't work. The software tells me that the stick has been recognised but the headset cannot connect. After switching on, no sound, nothing. Can anyone help me?

I also had the problem. The headset then flashed red and I did a reset and connected it to the PC with the AUX cable (I used the AUX connection on the USB plug itself) as soon as the software recognised the G933 again, you should be able to unplug the AUX cable again without any problems.
