I have the philips 55pus8508/12 and have the problem that voices keep losing their synchronicity on youtube for example, or on Netflix sound starts spinning like it's rewinding or something. What could be the reason? The TV is relatively new. Not even 5 months.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the appliance. I returned it after 7 days. After that I got a Sony TV, it's better so far. Maybe update the software?
