I have the MSI b450 Pro Carbon motherboard and 2x corsair lpx ram and wanted to ask if this cooler would fit.

Corsair LPX should not be a problem. I first tried it with Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro, but you don't stand a chance there without tinkering. The RAM protrudes about 1 cm beyond the fan.

Yes, you may have to move the fan up a little. But that's no problem. I also use it like this.
