I have the date 23/05/2023 on the lid. The ready-mix was delivered today (29.11.2023). Is the date the expiry date or the date of manufacture?

According to the EKWB website, this is the filling date.
The "warranty" for the mixture has recently been increased to 4 years (closed) after the filling date. Previously (as it still says on the source) it was 2 years storage and a maximum of 2 years in the cooling circuit (although theoretically you should clean/replace the cooling circuit every 12 months).
