But that's not Digitec's fault, the manufacturers deliberately photoshop the product images to make the customer believe that the monitors have super thin frames. In reality, however, the devices do not look like this, which in the end is a deception of the customer. The outer plastic frame is indeed thin, but the majority of the frame is behind the glass and extends into the picture a good distance.

Have you set the resolution to 1920 x 1080? You can change this under Windows via the display settings. To which graphics card are the monitors connected? You may need to update the drivers of your graphics card. You can find out the type of graphics card in the device manager. I will gladly send you the link to the driver if you tell me the type.
