I have ordered two identical monitors for my home office. Despite the same picture setting on both monitors, the picture (especially the colour and depth) appears different. In addition, the Ambiglow light mode "Follow video" does not work on the monitor connected as the main monitor as it does on monitor two. Is this a defect or a bug?

Check in the settings whether you have activated the HDR mode for both.
You can also adjust the colour settings of the screens in the NVIDIA control panel (if you have an nvidia GPU). Check whether everything is correct there.
