Question about Yubico YubiKey 5C NFC

I have ordered 2 new YubiKey 5C NFC and received them on 14/04/2025. Both have version 5.7.1 installed. Unfortunately, I cannot see the passkeys via the Yubico Authenticator app (version 7.2.0). Tested with Linux, OSX, Windows, Android. The passkeys are not displayed for all of them. They do work, .... but it is very annoying if you can't see which passkeys are on the stick. Does anyone have the same problem, or does anyone know what to do now...

There are "discoverable" and "non-discoverable" passkeys. Non-discoverable passkeys are not visible on the YubiKey because nothing about them is stored there. It is the service provider (online shop etc.) that decides which type of passkey to use. Yes, I also find it sub-optimal, so you have to manually track which key you use for which shop. For example, eBay uses non-discoverable passkeys, Amazon discoverable passkeys (which you can then see on the YubiKey).
