Question about ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACV

I have now bought the screen and simply cannot manage to display, for example, an Excel table on only the 2nd screen. Has anyone perhaps had the same problem? My laptop is a new (not yet a month old) ACER Aspire A517-52, i7 11th Gen with Windows 11 Home.

Try pressing the Windows and P keys at the same time. It may be that the screen still needs to be switched from "Duplicate" to "Expand". Otherwise, it is advisable to check the display options in the settings.
