I have just received the screen. Everything works perfectly. Only the tilt cannot be changed - the frame was delivered tilted. Do you have to apply a lot of force? It feels like the joint breaks off... Is there a special unlocking mechanism that I've missed so far? The other two movements (height, rotation) run smoothly (without unlocking), as you would expect. Is this a warranty case?
