I have installed an older Curical SDD in the Homebase and formatted it via the system. The hard drive is recognised without error (capacity 100%), but no videos from cameras are written to it. Have I overlooked a setting?

Helpful answer

The videos are first written to the 16GB internal SSD. Only when this is full is it written to the built-in one. Depending on the number of recordings, this can take some time (1 week - 1 month).

In the eufy app, only the total memory is displayed under "Homebase". So I can't tell what's on the internal SSD and what's on the built-in SSD. The storage management treats the two SSDs as one shared storage.
