I have extremely loose contact with the connections to the speakers, does anyone else have this problem? If I just touch the subwoofer a little bit, music only comes out of one speaker, earlier there was no sound at all ... I have now put the subwoofer somewhere where I won't touch it.

It almost sounds like something was not soldered properly on the circuit board. I think the product should be exchanged for a new one under warranty, as this is a fault that should not be accepted.
