Question about Ergotron HX Monitor Arm with patented CF technology

I have an office desk (chipboard and fibreboard with honeycomb paper filling - Ikea). Would this be able to withstand the arm with a 49"? I am afraid it will break off...Thank you in advance for the feedback.

The arm itself is very heavy (8kg) because it is made of metal, then the weight of the 49" (~14kg). You also have to buy an additional part, otherwise the monitor bends downwards because of the weight Ergotron HX.
I am very satisfied with the combination and would not go back to the stand.
