I have a SAMSUNG TV UE48JU6495UXZG. According to the manual, the WMN-450M/XC or WMN-550M/XC wall brackets fit it. However, these items are no longer available from Samsung and I have not found an online offer anywhere. Question: Can I also use the WMN750M wall mount?

I can't answer that unequivocally. It could work.
Since you have to mount them very precisely, I prefer an all-round rope system, such as Xantron SLIMLINE-01X.
Very easy to mount and align
