I have a question regarding the headset, I have used it for 345 hours in total and now the left headset, a full charge lasts me 50 minutes and the right one still shows me 79% charge, is this normal? My warranty expires in 4 months

I sent in my Sony WF-1000XM4 for the same reason.
The battery of the left in-ear no longer ran for the same length of time as the right one. I had to constantly charge the charging case for this. This clearly indicates a defective battery. At some point, the battery should be charged and not constantly drawing power.
I would send them in while the warranty is still valid.
Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the in-ears.
