I have a problem with my Gotcha Evolve. Yesterday it had 3/4 battery left and I wanted to charge it so I would have 100% battery the next day. When I plugged it in it suddenly went black screen and it doesn't light up anymore. I read on the internet that it went into a "hibernation mode" and that you could reset it by plugging it in and out of the USB charging port 10/20 times quickly, which unfortunately ended unsuccessfully after several attempts. What can I do? 😔

Hi, for me it helps if I remove the Gotcha in PoGo in the settings, i.e. press the Eject arrow in PokemonGo Plus and then also disconnect it in the Bluetooth settings of the phone. Then I can connect it again and it responds again.
