Question about Corsair Vengeance LPX
I have a PC that has 2 times 8Gb RAM from Corsair (2133mhz)could I now just buy 2x 3200 MHz RAM and then use all four or do the MHz have to be identical?

Yes, you can mix Ram with different clock frequencies.
However, your Ram sticks that actually have 3200 Mhz on them will only run with 2133 Mhz.
