I have a pair of JBL Reflect BT headphones (probably the previous model of Reflect Mini 2 BT). Is it possible to order the silicone earplugs separately (unfortunately I lost one)?

Had the same problem. I contacted JBL support and they referred me to a spare parts dealer. It cost 15 EUR with shipping to Switzerland. I expected more goodwill and finally ordered the pads for 1 dollar from Ali Express.
