I have a Logitech M705 Marathon mouse (wireless) and need a keyboard to go with it. I only have one USB slot free for the transfer. Is there a keyboard for my mouse with only one USB reciever for the mouse?

Check the Logitec homepage for keyboards that support the Unifying protocol. For example, the K750 is one of them (I have it, it's a cool keyboard).
