Question about Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X
I have a disgusting spooling whine as soon as the card runs under full load, has anyone had the same problem and solved it somehow? In games like Alan Wake 2, Spiderman remastered or red dead redemption 2 which you would like to play without headphones the beeping is stressful...

I had the same. Swapped it for a 7900 XT that was much better. The higher the card consume, the greater the chance of coil whine.
My 7900 xt also had some coil whine, but it was much better. Eventually it nearly completely subsided - time really helps

I returned mine for precisely this reason (and the one listed below). I got an RTX4080 from PNY instead, costs a few francs more, but no coil whine.
I also had the problem that the HDR was not output with the correct gamma on my monitor (Samsung OLED G8, instead of ST.2084 only gamma 2.2 or BT.1886 could be selected, i.e. SDR).
Too bad, because I think the design is TOP, the 7900XTX has a great value for money. I also wanted to switch from NVIDIA to AMD.
