I have 2x 8TB installed in my NAS, since the last SMART check I get 2 errors: ID 197: current pending sector ID 198: id 198 uncorrectable sector count Can I somehow fix these errors or can I already request a replacement with these errors?

Unfortunately, you cannot correct anything here. Error 198 shows you that the hardware has problems that cannot be corrected and you can therefore make a claim under the warranty.

The easiest way is to take a screenshot of the SMART overview with the errors (the serial number of the disc should be visible on it), print it out and enclose it with the disc if you want to return it. Normally you will get a replacement immediately.
