I have 2 Dell S3221QS ( 32 inch ) Could I attach them to this bracket from the weight and size ?

Just check how heavy your monitor is and what the maximum weight of the bracket is. It shouldn't be that difficult.

I also use the mount with 2x 32" screens, which works. Regarding the weight, you can compare the data sheet of the mount and the monitors.
