Question about Phanteks RGB LED Strip Combo Set

I got these LEDs, but unfortunately they don't produce any red at all. Green and blue work great, but no red. Does anyone know what the problem is? I have the Asus Z170F. With aura installed.

So I would like to know if a defect in the LEDs is plausible or if it can be due to the wiring.

Note: there are 4 strips connected to 1 of the two connectors on the mainboard via the phanteks RGB LED adapter.
