I got the monitor today and it's actually great, but I have a problem. When nothing is happening on the monitor, i.e. with little to no movement, everything looks great. However, as soon as I play games with fast movements, a problem arises: When moving horizontally, it looks like a vertical black line appears between each row of pixels. This leads to the pixels becoming extremely visible. In games with a crosshair, such as RDR2, black lines also appear above and below the point of the crosshair during fast horizontal movements. What could be the reason for this? I have tested the monitor with three different devices (laptop, PC and Xbox Series X), and the same problem occurs everywhere.

Thank you for your reply. I recently bought a PC, but it hasn't arrived yet. I am currently using the monitor with my laptop or Xbox. I have now found out that the streaks are not caused by the monitor, but occur when I look back and forth quickly. I don't know why this is, as it doesn't happen on my brother's monitor, which has the same resolution and pixel pitch. I will wait and see if the problem improves with the new PC and then look into it further.

However, I have another question: I haven't found much on this topic, but there is a software called "Precision Centre". It doesn't recognise my monitor. Do I have to connect the monitor manually somehow? Thanks for your help.

I don't have this problem, but I don't use it for games. Is the video card suitable for the performance required? I had to change the video cables as they weren't 4K UHD certified and didn't allow me to have 4K on the 2 screens at the same time.

I also had this problem when I had SmartResponse switched on. Switch it off, that should help

I don't have this problem and I play on a Ps5. Maybe it has been damaged during delivery or they are trying to reset the monitor I played with the settings and then it was also so strange but when I reset everything everything went back to the beginning

Hello again!
For the Precision Center control software. I installed it and it found my 2 screens on the first try, I'm connected with 4K HDMI cables. Precision Center allows you to control the brightness as well as many other things, I also discovered that these screens were equipped with a kind of AmbiLab.I also discovered that these screens were equipped with a kind of AmbiLight (backlighting of the screen) several colours to choose and adjust the intensity, cool. Thanks for letting me know about this option. I hope you find a solution to your problem.
