Unfortunately, we have to state our delivery dates provisionally in the webshop. Especially for those products that are not available from our own central warehouse and/or are shipped directly by the suppliers, we are heavily dependent on the information provided by our many national and international suppliers. They are able to update delivery dates independently so that the information provided is always up to date without any loss of time.
Even for products that are shown as in stock in our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot completely rule out any delays/cancellations in view of our very wide and deep range in combination with a high throughput of goods. Fortunately, the stated delivery times/stocks can, statistically speaking, be met in the vast majority of cases in accordance with our respective specifications. This applies both to our own warehouses and to the warehouses of our suppliers. We therefore very much regret that in your case the stated stock levels and delivery times could not be met. We would like to formally apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your criticism.
