I downloaded the Fitbit app to my Windows 10 PC and then wanted to pair the device. The tracker is recognised by the PC, but cannot be paired. It says "driver error". What can I do

Hello, I had the same problem. I found that the bluetooth reception around the pc was poor. I had success when I could finally pair my fitbit at the back of the pc, directly to the pc case. So hold the Fitbit directly to the PC case. Greetings HS
