I do not own this product, but I noticed that they use wrong specifications for this product when I compared the products on the manufacturer's site. This 3D printer (Ender 3 V2 Neo) has a printing accuracy of ±0.1, which is 100 microns and not 400 microns as described here. Please change the information so as not to mislead the customer.

That's not so bad. Of course it is a false statement, but the resolution of 100 microns is finer than 400. Here the distance of micrometres between two mesh points in the printing grid is described.
So you can't really talk about a deception here.
