I currently work with two monitors and transfer the data from a laptop. Can I use this monitor as a substitute for two monitors and split the surface into two areas?
Theoretically, yes. There is a PBP function (Picture by Picture). This requires two video signals, but these can also come from the same computer (i.e. connect the computer to the screen with two cables). I have tried this and it works technically, but generally I find it unwieldy and therefore simply use several windows side by side.
Tip for when the normal Windows functions are not enough: Microsoft PowerToys offers more setting options and is free.
Hi, not really. The monitor's software leaves much to be desired. The integrated function leaves a lot to be desired. I use the Windows functions. Sufficient for my purposes. But if you want a reasonable, hardware-supported splitting, I recommend a higher price range. I would then recommend a larger monitor, 42 inches.
