I currently have a Gigaset 400SL which I would like to replace with the SL 800 H pro. Can I connect the new device to the old base station of the 400 SL ? Urs

I have registered it with the Gigaset GO-Box 100 base station and it works fine.
Unfortunately, I cannot make any statements about other base stations. - Ask your customer for more information.

Hello, if the old base station has Bluetooth, it should be connectable.

The old base station should be a Gigaset Go Box or IP Pro. Can be registered safely.
