I couldn't figure out how to hear the TV sound without unplugging the headphones. This is annoying for occasional use. Do you know if there is a solution, I did not find anything in the instructions?

no it's not possible, the mini-jack cuts off the broadcast on the speakers. Best regards, Rog'.

The only way is to use a sound bar. This allows you to have sound on the TV and in the headphones at the same time.
