I bought this ssd because my old M.2 was not recognised by the mainboard, now this Samsung SSD is also not recognised what could be the reason for this, it is correctly installed.

Is it displayed in the bios? For me, it was visible in the bios but not in the windows installer, the problem was that it was not properly installed.
I would definitely do bios updates and check in the bios settings whether m.2 is activated.
