I bought this PBX from you and would now have to subscribe to a "plan" - https://cloud.grandstream.com/plans This would have to be done via the dealer. Do you do that? How should I proceed?

I was able to do some research and unfortunately we currently have no way of offering these subscriptions. Unfortunately, I can't say at the moment what it would look like in the future.
