I bought the part and inserted my smartcard from the GGA Maure (chip facing up). Then rebooted. Unfortunately, the channels are not released. I couldn't find anything in the quick guide. What can I do?

Good day I first ordered the wrong DVB-C box, but I was able to sell it to my friend! I am very happy with the box, it has many great functions. I am not satisfied with the line, it is always disconnected every minute! Maybe it will help to change the server?
