I bought the monitor. It works perfectly with Hdmi on an external laptop. However, I am having problems connecting it to my Surface Pro. I bought a Usb C to Mini Displayport cable, but the monitor is not recognised. Anyone have experience with this? Ps: When connecting via Hdmi, the resolution is far too low and cannot be increased.... Thank you for any tips.
