Question about Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX
i bought the mainboard, what kind of ramsticks do i have to buy? do i have to have at least 6000mhz? i currently have 5200mhz ddr5 in it and my pc crashes all the time as soon as i open a game
Hi, I think it's because of the ram model I used to have a kit that didn't support amd expo. Now i have kingston furry beast ram inside with 6000Mhz cl30-36-38 and works without problems no crashes yet.
According to the specs, the bars are supported from 6000mhz.
But if Windows is running and the PC is booting in general, I don't think it's because of the RAM.
If your PC crashes, do you get a blue screen with an error message? Otherwise you will also find error messages in the Windows logs at the time of the crash

Should actually work, maybe something is set incorrectly in the BIOS?
I also had problems with this mainboard (or rather with almost all Gigabyte mainboards), so I switched directly to the MSI PRO B650-S WIFI, which I can heartily recommend.
