I bought the headphones (in August 2018). I have already sent them in once under warranty because the left headphone was only about 50% as loud as the right one. Now the same problem again. Does anyone have any experience with this or do I have to send them in again and do without the headphones for a while? Otherwise, I was very satisfied with them.
It was exactly the same for me. I finally threw them away and marked the IconX as a big mistake. The forums are plastered with this problem... Let's see if there will be a successor product at some point that solves the problem.
Have had this Gear IconX for months and have had no problems with it so far.
