I was also a bit doubtful about the high ohm numbers, but I was surprised! Everywhere it was said that they were too quiet!
So the first thing I did was plug them into the piano (medium price range) and play the keys. To 90% good volume. (Oh! Oh! But too much?)
Then to my Lenovo Thinkpad. I thought I couldn't hear anything anymore, but surprise!
At just under 30%, I suddenly hear noises in videos that I've never heard before. I think I'll only watch films with the parts from now on!
Since people always say they're too quiet on mobile phones, I plugged them into the Huawei. Wow! I still need some for my lunch break at work! I can't get them up to ear-destroying volumes, but that's not necessary.

This works without any problems. However, if the sound card's output level is low, the 250-ohm ones may be relatively quiet. On my ASUS ROG Zephyrus notebook, for example, they are far loud enough.
To get the full performance out of the headphones, however, a headphone amplifier is recommended.
