Question about Creative Sound Blaster Z

I am looking for a sound card where I can send the played sound via HDMI (screen) and to another output (LS, LineOut, Opto) at the same time. Currently: Unfortunately, this does not work with the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master, because Realtek has blocked everything in terms of stereo mix input. No change with headphones either. I tried everything, including the opto outputs. Microsoft probably also has a finger in the pie... Is this card suitable or do I have to buy an expensive studio card?

Just so I understand this correctly... you CANNOT activate the device 'StereoMix/WaveOut Mix/What you hear' in the Windows Sound Settings in the tab "Recording" and set it as standard? If so, in the properties of this device under "Listening", activate the checkbox "Use this device as playback source" and set "Playback from this device" to your HDMI output. Lower the level generously, otherwise it's totally overdriven (at least for me). I have a 15-year-old X-Fi Xtreme Music, and it works. So it will certainly also work with the Z or the AE-5. Otherwise I can recommend VAC (Virtual Audio Cable).

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Only possible via vga. Unfortunately, I had no success with additional software.
