I am in despair! I was able to install everything perfectly and also installed Windows 11 from the bootable USB drive. After I installed the network driver during the installation process, LAN also works. Unfortunately, WLAN and Bluetooth are still not "installed". Although it is switched on in the BIOS, Windows shows me neither WLAN adapter nor Bluetooth. I have installed all drivers and the BIOS from Asus and searched Google for a long time but so far without success. Does anyone else have any tips?

Dear colleagues
Many thanks for your tips. Unfortunately, none of them helped, so I contacted ASUS Support. In the end it was effectively a hardware defect. Everything works perfectly with the new motherboard.
Best regards

Hello,

To try and solve your problem, first check that you have the latest drivers installed for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
These drivers can be found on the Asus website at this address: https://rog.asus.com/ch-fr....

First check that you have installed the wi-fi antenna (supplied with the motherboard) on your PC.

Drivers to install:
For wi-fi: "Intel_Wi-Fi_Driver_V22.160.0.3_for_WIN10_WIN11_64-bit.zip".
For Bluetooth: "Intel_Bluetooth_Driver_V22.160.0.3_for_WIN10_WIN11_64-bit.zip".

Once downloaded, install them on your machine.
You should then see them in the Windows "Device Manager".

If you see an unknown device in your Device Manager, try to find the ad-hoc driver using the "Snappy Drivers" utility.
Normally it should find the driver for the "unknown device".
(Snappy Drivers is easily found by searching the Net via Google).

Normally, at this stage, everything should be back to normal.

Best regards.

I had the same problem... This is a bit of a weak solution on the part of asus.

You have to download the driver package for the mainboard from the asus website, there is a bluetooth driver that is not installed ex works. This also includes the W-lan driver or, without the driver package, all wireless transmissions will not work.

Then restart and activate Wifi and Bluetooth in the settings.

Hope that helps you. It worked for me.

Kind regards
